| Description | Purpose of the Guidance The Local Health Partnerships NHS Trust and Suffolk Social Care Core CPA Policy and Procedure sets out the framework for the assessment and management of risk in all clinical areas. These guidelines should be regarded as complimentary to the CPA Policy and Procedure and should be read in conjunction with them. Essentially the assessment and management of risk must be an integral element of the Care Programme Approach. |
