| Description | The purpose of this protocol is to ensure that all incoming correspondence to Children and Families Services is properly recorded and reaches it's intended recipient on the day it is received within the service. For the purpose of this protocol, the correspondence to which it applies is all written case related communication received through the internal and external postal systems including letters, memoranda, notifications, reports and recording extracts. |
